Strategic Initiatives

Our Story

The Strategic Initiatives Team is a dynamic group providing project management and functional system support for the Finance Service Portal and other TDX applications across campus. Formed in early 2022, this team supported the process review and consolidation of the Finance Shared Service Center. In early 2024, under the Pay In 30 project, the Strategic Initiatives Team grew the Finance Shared Service Center TDX application into a Finance Service Portal (FSP) as a one-stop shop for submitting all finance-related transactions across campus. Looking to the future, this team is focused on continuous process improvement and growing the FSP to better support the processes and procedures related to university financial transactions.
